We work with residential properties across South west Wales — houses, flats, and larger residential units. The most suitable properties are typically 2+ bedroom houses or properties in high-demand rental areas. Contact us for a free assessment of your specific property.

· We handle all maintenance and minor repairs ourselves, and our commercial insurance covers the property throughout.
· If any larger maintenance work is ever required (e.g. fixing a broken boiler) we will provide you with estimates, take care of the management of the job, obtain your permission before any work is carried out, and keep you informed of the progress throughout the duration of the repairs and of any payments you may need to make. You will receive full invoices for your tax records. If you'd prefer to use your own tradesmen, that's not a problem.

Yes. Our agreements are fixed-term, typically 3–5 years, with clear break clauses. You always know exactly when your property returns to you, and we give you advance notice well before the end of the agreement. Also, if want your property back earlier, we have shorter notice periods than your standard tenant agreements.
